As a coal mine, the main battlefield is in the 100-meter well. However, the author found that some leading cadres did not focus their attention on the underground. They were used to sitting in the office, rarely went down, and some did not want to go down. The author believes that leading cadres should always go down and look deeper into the work scene and do a good job of investigation and research so that they can carry out their work in a targeted manner.
