车子在路上翻倒,花生油洒了一地。上个世纪五十年代,交警的反应是赶快帮忙把车推走;如今,交警上来首先是让司机交出驾驶证,开罚款单或扣证。意大利有家餐馆,一位顾客就餐时食物中的小石子将她的牙齿硌坏。这事如发生在中国,餐馆没责任。可在意大利就不同了,餐馆老板一再道歉,免收饭钱并另送上一个“红包”。可那位意大利顾客却断然向法院起诉,法院判决餐馆赔偿9万美元。平日里我们去参加下午5点半的宴会,怕交通阻塞,4点就出发,5点多一点赶到宴会厅,然后安心但无聊地等候。宴会可能因首长未到或客人不齐,一直推迟到6点半
