目的:研究匙羹藤Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult茎的化学成分。方法:用乙醇进行渗漉提取后,浸膏以系统溶剂分离法进行部位分离。利用大孔吸附树脂法、硅胶柱层析法、葡聚糖凝胶柱法和重结晶法对其正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,并通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:牛弥菜醇A(Ⅰ)、正十七烷醇(Ⅱ)、豆甾醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、1-栎醇(Ⅳ)、正十八烷醇(Ⅴ)、硝酸钾(Ⅵ)、羽扇豆醇桂皮酸酯(Ⅶ)、豆甾醇(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the stem of Gymnema sylvestre (Retz.) Schult. Methods: After the percolation extraction with ethanol, the extracts were separated by system solvent separation. The n-butanol part was isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin method, silica gel column chromatography, dextran gel column method and recrystallization method. The structure of the compound was identified by spectroscopic method. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified. They were: bovine alcohol A (I), n-heptadecanol (II), stigmasterol-3-O-glucoside (III), 1-decanol (IV) N-octadecanol (V), potassium nitrate (VI), lupecin cinnamic acid ester (VII), stigmasterol (VIII). Conclusion: Compounds II, III, V and VII were obtained from this plant for the first time.
