铝合金厚壁管材因其价格低廉、资源储备丰富、实用性较强而被广泛应用与诸多工业领域内,但由于其制作工艺存在一定的局限性.使用环境的恶劣性以及加工使用过程中出现的分层、裂缝等问题,不仅对其质量造成了严重的威胁,而且容易埋下安全隐患。对铝合金厚壁管材应用超声波检测技术,是提高其生产效率和质量,节约生产成本的有效手段,也是铝合金厚壁管材生产过程中最常采用的检测技术之一。因此,对铝合金厚壁管材的超声波检测技术进行了一定的研究。
