我厂球磨运用率1958年达到97.62%,比1956年提高了2.14%,比1957年度高了3.19%。其主要做法简单归纳于下。一、建立明确的责任制,具体安排好时间,实行“单项包干”,在保证质量的条件下,由每年停车检修12次减少为每年只停车检修5次,每次停车检修的时间也由14~24小时缩短到12~16小时。二、开展“多面手”加强了检修的技术力量,对检修的劳动组织统一安排如下:检查组织的每一个成员既是检查者又是检修者,除特殊情况下由工段统一
