小组合作学习是目前世界上许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意的教学理论与方略,是根据一定的情况,将学生分成一定形式的小组。教师通过指导小组成员展开合作,发挥群体的积极功能,提高个体的学习动力和能力,达到完成特定的教学任务的目的,改变了教师垄断整体课堂的信息源而学生处于被动地位的局面,从而激发了学生的主动性和创造性。但小组合作不能流于形式,本文试从建立合理的合作学习小组、课前三分钟、课堂上的小组合作、课堂外的改进和完善、评价机制的实施等几个方面对小组合作学习进行探究,从而提高小组合作学习效率,将小组合作学习落到实处。

This article explores the group cooperative learning from the following aspects: establishing a reasonable cooperative learning group, three minutes before class, team cooperation in class, improving and improving outside the classroom, and implementing the evaluation mechanism , So as to improve the efficiency of group cooperation learning and carry out group cooperation learning.
