在蔬菜病害种类调查时，发现了落葵上的三种病害，经诊断鉴定，确定为落葵褐色圆斑病（ＡｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａｔｅｎｕｉｓＮｅｅｓ）、落葵茎基腐病（ＲｈｉｚｏｃｔｏｎｉａｓｏｌａｎｉＫｕｈｎ）和落葵苗腐病（Ｐｙｔｈｉｕｍａｐｈａｎｉｄｅｒｍａｔｕｍ（Ｅｄｓ．）Ｆｉｔｚ．）。在柯赫氏试验的同时，测定了病菌的生长温度并拍摄了它们的形态照片。
In the investigation of the types of vegetable diseases, three diseases of Lakui were found, which were diagnosed and identified as Alternariatenuis nees, Rhizoctonia solani kuhn and Pythiumaphanidermatum (Eds.) Fitz.). At the same time as the Koch’s test, the growth temperature of the bacteria was measured and their morphological pictures were taken.
