以‘日本晴’与‘泸恢99’及其构建的RIL群体的188个家系为研究对象,构建了含207个分子标记的遗传连锁图谱,对同一地点两年再生力及6个产量相关性状进行了基因定位。7个性状共检测到20个QTL,分布于除4、6、10、11号染色体外的8条染色体上,单个QTL的贡献率为0.01%~13.85%,单个性状QTL个数为1到6个。其中再生力QTL3个,位于第7、8染色体上,贡献率3.4%~5.39%。7个性状共检测到4对加性上位性互作效应,但均不显著。单株产量、每穗颖花数、每穗实粒数检测到了较明显的环境互作效应。再生力与单株有效穗存在显著的负相关。
A total of 188 pedigrees from Nipponbare, Lu Hui 99 and their RIL population were used to construct a genetic linkage map containing 207 molecular markers.
