目的研究葱白提取物对高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法 32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、血脂康组、葱白提取物组。给药6周后,收集血清分别检测各组胆固醇(cholesterol,CHOL)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)并计算CHOL/HDL-C;收集肝脏、肾脏、附睾脂肪组织,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,ELISA)测定CHOL、TG。结果给药6周后,与模型组相比,葱白提取物、血脂康均可以明显降低血清CHOL、TG、LDL-C、CHOL/HDL-C和肝脏组织、肾脏组织、附睾脂肪组织TG、CHOL,升高血清HDL-C(P<0.05);与血脂康组相比,葱白提取物在降低CHOL、TG、LDL-C水平方面优于血脂康(P<0.05)。结论葱白提取物具有良好的血脂调节作用,减少脂质在肝脏、肾脏和附睾脂肪组织中的沉积。
Objective To study the effect of light blue extract on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Thirty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Xuezhikang group and light blue extract group. Six weeks after the administration, serums were collected to detect the levels of cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was calculated and CHOL / HDL-C was calculated. The liver, kidney and epididymal adipose tissue were collected and the levels of CHOL and TG were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results After 6 weeks of administration, compared with the model group, the extract of scutellariae and Xuezhikang could significantly reduce the levels of serum CHOL, TG, LDL-C, CHOL / HDL-C and liver, kidney and epididymal fat TG, CHOL (P <0.05). Compared with Xuezhikang, the extract of Allium sclerotiorum was superior to Xuezhikang in reducing CHOL, TG and LDL-C (P <0.05). Conclusion Scallion extract has good lipid regulation and reduces the deposition of lipid in liver, kidney and epididymal adipose tissue.
