陕西省节水灌溉技术服务中心,是适应节水农业的发展而建立的专业机构,设在陕西省水工程勘察规划研究院,隶属省水利厅农水处管理.技术中心现设有勘察规划室、设计室、施工室、试验室及电算信息室.编制人员13人,其中高级工程师4人.高级经济师1人,中级5人.主要职责是协助省水利厅农水处完成技术服务工作,组织开展节水灌溉的前期基础工作,抓点带面,负责工程的规划、设计,特别是省级示范试点工程的具体实施,参与项目的中间检查,开展技术培训,编制工程进度报告与年度工作总结.节水技术中心自1997年成立以来,完成了全省节水灌溉工程立项报告,制定了全省节水灌溉“九五”发展计划;负责规划、设计并指导建成了户县省长责任田喷灌工程,起到示范作用,完成了白水县国家级高标准节水示范工程的规划设计,首次引进并推广了具有优良性能的小管出流微灌技术,填补了省内空白,编制了管道
