本文研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-PEG(聚乙二醇-2000)-DDTC(铜试剂)-(NH4)2SO4体系的析相光度法并应用于测定Cu(Ⅱ)。最宜酸度为3.6—9.0(NaAc-HAc,NH4Cl-NH3·H2O)缓冲溶液,其络合物的最大吸收位于450nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.05×103L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0—30μg/L范围内服从比耳定律,铜与DDTC形式组成为1:2的稳定络合物。该方法用于铝合金中铜的测定,获得了满意结果。
In this paper, the spectrophotometric method for the determination of Cu (Ⅱ) -PEG (polyethylene glycol-2000) -DTC (copper reagent) - (NH4) 2SO4 was studied. The best acidity is 3.6-9.0 (NaAc-HAc, NH4Cl-NH3 · H2O) buffer solution, the maximum absorption of the complex at 450nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 9.05 × 103L · mol-1 · Cm-1, the Cu (Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 0-30μg / L obeys Beer’s law, the composition of copper and DDTC forms a stable complex of 1: 2. The method is used for the determination of copper in aluminum alloy and obtains satisfactory results.
