活血化痰膏是我院外科、内科常用制剂.外贴治疗跌打损伤.注射后局部肿痛,硬结效果显著,且使用方便,现报告如下。一、处方生大黄1.5克;红花1.0克,冰片0.5克;丁香1.0克;防风5.0克;薄荷5.0克。二、制备1.按处方将以上药物炮制合格,称量配齐。2.将药物粉碎后过80～100目筛备用。3.取凡士林适量加热熔化,加入1%氮酮和药物细粉,搅匀放冷备用。4.将放冷后的膏油分摊于裱背上,每克药粉约成1.0厘米直径,微晾后对拆即得。三、质量标准
