20世纪中后期产生于日本的丰田生产方式,由于其在同样的技术条件下对少批量、多品种等市场需求的灵活适应能力以及能够降低甚至消除生产制造中的浪费,从而实现企业可持续赢利,引起了包括美国在内的多国企业学习模仿。文章针对中国制造业在学习丰田生产方式过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
