目的在Passive test(PT)行为测试中,评价导盲犬的心率变化特征,以期为导盲犬的前期筛选提供科学参考信息。方法选取中国导盲犬大连培训基地的66只犬在培训前进行PT测试,测试过程通过摄像头进行记录,其中37只犬在训练结束后被基地认定为不适合成为导盲犬,即淘汰犬。心率信息采用RS800CX心率表进行记录。结果 PT测试可以考察犬的活跃程度,测试中平均得分在导盲犬(2.0±0.11)和淘汰犬(3.1±0.22)之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05),导盲犬相对活跃度低于淘汰犬。在整个测试中,心率变化的平均值在导盲犬组(19.5±8.45)与淘汰犬组(19.6±11.35)之间没有显著性差异;在活跃程度较低的犬中(PT测试中得分在3分以下),导盲犬的静息心率值显著大于淘汰犬。结论本研究显示在PT测试中,具有成为导盲犬潜力的犬,其活跃度相对较低,静息心率相对较高,PT测试结合心率的分析可以为导盲犬的前期筛选工作提供指导信息。
Objective To evaluate the heart rate variability of guide dogs in the Passive test (PT) behavioral test in order to provide scientific reference information for pre-screening of guide dogs. METHODS: Sixty-six dogs from China’s guide dog Dalian training base were selected for PT test before training. The testing process was recorded by the camera. Among 37 dogs, the dogs were deemed unsuitable as guide dogs by the base after training. Heart rate information is recorded using the RS800CX heart rate monitor. Results The PT test could detect the activity of dogs. The mean score of the test was significantly different between guide dogs (2.0 ± 0.11) and eliminated dogs (3.1 ± 0.22) (P <0.05), while the relative activity of guide dogs was low Out of the dog. Throughout the test, the mean change in heart rate was not significantly different between guide dogs (19.5 ± 8.45) and eliminated dogs (19.6 ± 11.35); in less active dogs (PTs scored at 3 points or less), the guide dog’s resting heart rate was significantly greater than the knockout dog. Conclusions This study shows that dogs with PT potential can be relatively inactive and have a relatively high resting heart rate in PT testing. The PT test combined with heart rate analysis can provide guidance for early screening of guide dogs .
