研究排卵的形态学,首先涉及到卵泡壁的结构。早在1965年Sato即对成年大鼠的卵巢进行了全面的电镜观察,此后,又有人对卵巢的卵泡壁或卵泡膜分别作了形态学研究。这对排卵问题的研究都提供了一些形态学基础。排卵是在卵泡成熟的最后阶段发生的。卵泡的发育中期和晚期,在结构上都有卵细胞以及它周围的透明带、放射冠、颗粒细胞和卵泡膜,后者的细胞成分至今仍有不同意见。关于卵泡壁的超微结构,国内尚无报导,而且这些结构和排卵有什么直接或间接关系,需要进一步探讨。为此,我们对大鼠的卵泡壁作了电镜观察。材料和方法
To study ovulation morphology, the first involves the structure of the follicular wall. As early as 1965, Sato conducted a comprehensive electron microscopic examination of the ovaries of adult rats. Since then, morphological studies have been conducted on the ovarian follicular wall or theca, respectively. This research on ovulation provides some morphological basis. Ovulation occurs during the final stages of follicular maturation. The middle and late stages of follicular development, in the structure of the egg cells and the surrounding zona pellucida, corona, granulosa cells and the follicular membrane, the latter cell components still have different opinions. About the ultrastructure of the follicular wall, there is no report in China, and these structures and ovulation have any direct or indirect relationship needs further study. To this end, we observed the follicular wall of rats by electron microscopy. Materials and Method
