在已建立的催化裂化提升管反应器气固两相流动反应模型基础上,把原料油液雾的流动、传热、气化过程及其对反应结果的影响全部纳入模型中,对催化裂化提升管反应器进行了3维微分模拟,考察了原料液雾流动气化过程及其影响,建立了提升管反应器气液固3相流动反应模型、数值模拟方法及相应的程序,利用该模型对工业提升管反应器进行数值模拟研究,可获得原料液雾流动气化过程的重要信息
Based on the established gas-solid two-phase flow reaction model of FCC riser reactor, the flow, heat transfer and gasification process of feed oil mist and its influence on the reaction results are all included in the model. The three-dimensional differential simulation of the tube reactor was carried out. The flow gasification process and the influence of the raw material liquid mist were investigated. The gas-liquid solid three-phase flow reaction model, numerical simulation method and corresponding program were established. Using the model, Industrial riser reactors undergo numerical simulations to obtain important information on the flow of raw material liquid mist gasification
