公路系统的建设是国家经济发展的必要条件,同时也促进了社会和谐繁荣。在新时期,政工工作也应该随时代的进步而进步,也提出了相应的很高的要求,这也将是公路系统工作的重中之重,如何加强公路系统政工的工作认识,又怎样去分析公路系统政工的工作问题,又如何对政工工作进行全方面的管理,这也将是一个新时期的创新型难题。本文就结合个人多年实践工作经验,对这些在实际工作中出现的难题进行简单的分析和探讨,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
