关于子宫壁和子宫肌瘤内血管走行的方式,在国内外书籍中均很少描连。本文为了阐明其血管分布情况,搜集4例子宫肌瘤切除的子宫标本,于子宫动脉内灌注ABS丁酮溶液。注入完毕后,结扎双侧子宫动脉标本以流水冲洗,使ABS丁酮溶液硬化,将子宫壁和子宫肌瘤分别用50%盐酸腐蚀,流水冲去腐烂组织,制成血管铸型。用扫描电镜观察,发现子宫壁和子宫肌瘤内均有一定数量之血管呈螺旋状弯曲,这种改变在以往文献中未见描述。此外对螺旋状血管的形成以及对营养代谢的影响,也进行了讨论。
On the wall of the uterus and uterine fibroids within the way blood vessels, both at home and abroad are rarely described in books. In this paper, in order to clarify the distribution of blood vessels, collected 4 cases of myomectomy uterus specimens in the uterine artery perfusion ABS butanone solution. After injection, ligation of bilateral uterine artery specimens washed with water to make ABS butanone solution sclerosis, the uterine wall and uterine fibroids were 50% hydrochloric acid corrosion, running water washed decay tissue made of vascular cast. Scanning electron microscopy and found that there are a certain number of vessels in the uterine wall and uterine fibroids were spirally curved, this change has not been described in the literature. In addition, the formation of spiral blood vessels and nutrient metabolism, also discussed.
