渭化集团公司1期合成氨装置原始设计是尾气未处理直接排放到火炬,造成火炬密封水氨氮严重超标,污水处理难度大。不但影响了公司的经济效益,也带来了环保问题。根据污染前段治理的原则,我公司与陕西省石油化工规划设计院合作,利用其自主撬装高效吸收装置对合成氨尾气进行回收处理,处理后的氨液送往尿素装置进行回收。项目的实施不仅可以解决废水中氨氮超标问题,还可最大程度地回收合成氨尾气以用来生产尿素产品,最终实现装置节能减排,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The original design of the first phase of ammonia plant in Weihua Group Company is that the untreated exhaust gas is directly discharged to the torch, causing the ammonia nitrogen in the flared sealing water to seriously exceed the standard and the wastewater treatment is difficult. Not only affected the company’s economic benefits, but also brought environmental issues. According to the principle of pollution control, the Company cooperated with Shaanxi Petrochemical Planning and Design Institute to recycle the synthetic ammonia tail gas by using its own skid-mounted high efficiency absorption device. The treated ammonia solution was sent to the urea plant for recovery. The implementation of the project can not only solve the problem of excessive ammonia nitrogen in wastewater, but also maximize the recovery of synthetic ammonia tail gas to be used in the production of urea products, and finally realize energy saving and emission reduction of the plant with good economic and social benefits.
