本文在叶伯琦 (PochiYeh)扩展琼斯矩阵的基础上 ,推导出在斜入射情况下扭曲向列型液晶显示器 (LCD)电光特性计算公式 ,并与Berreman的 4× 4矩阵、Lien的扩展琼斯矩阵进行了数值比较 结果表明 ,运用本论文的计算公式得到的结果要比Lien的更接近于用Berreman4× 4矩阵得到的结果 ,并且本文推导得出的公式具有运算量小 ,直接和简洁等特点
Based on the extended Jones matrix by Pochi Yeh, this paper derives the formula of electro-optic properties of twisted nematic liquid crystal displays (LCDs) under oblique incidence and compares them with Berreman’s 4 × 4 matrix and Lien’s extended Jones matrix The results of numerical comparison show that the calculation results obtained by this thesis are closer to the results obtained by using Berreman4 × 4 matrix than Lien, and the formulas derived in this paper have the characteristics of small computation, directness and conciseness
