据《中国建设报》报道,曾经陷入困境的老国企中建五局,这些年走出了一条从困境到新生的蜕变之路,7年间利润总额增长129倍。企业的蓬勃发展也使员工得到了实惠,他们的工作条件不断改善,福利待遇也越来越好。中建五局之所以迎来了扭亏脱困、进而做强做大的发展巨变,一个重要原因在于该公司诚挚的关爱员工,将员工的体面和尊严放在重要位置,让员工在付出劳动、得到公平的报酬的同时,增强对职业的敬仰感和企业的归属感,提升工作的成就感,进而激发更好地服务企业的使命感。对于当下众多劳资关系不够和谐的企业而言,中建五局的做法应该具有借鉴意义的。
