在时代发展社会进步的同时,人事档案所占据的重要性地位也就日益凸显。人事档案管理工作是现代人力资源管理中不可或缺的一部分,在新形势下,以知识经济为主体的时代已经到来,以往的人事档案管理已经难以满足时代发展对人力资源的实际需求,这就对人事档案的管理工作提出了更高的要求,只有在档案管理需求的基础上,将管理工作进行优化转变,才能使其功能优势得以充分发挥,从而推动企业的长远发展。本文就从当前人事档案管理工作中存在的问题为切入点,提出了解决措施。
