日前,昆明铁路局工会在全局职工代表中开展“四比四看”活动,发挥职工代表作用,促进路局安全运输经营目标实现。一是比责任意识,看谁的群众威信高,发挥职工代表“代言人”作用。职工代表通过职工论坛、留言板、职工代表民主恳谈会、路局党委书记、局长见面会和职代会提案、职工代表联系制度、厂务公开等民主管理形式,利用“爱心联系卡”、“爱心联系热线”等诉求平台,如实、具体、准确地反映和提出意见建议,进一步畅通民主监督渠道,提升职工代表在职工群众中的威信。
