基于我国海洋沉积物质量标准和其他国家制定疏浚物海洋处置管理控制标准的成功经验,在分析我国海洋沉积物污染现状和特征的基础上,通过建立疏浚物海洋倾倒分类标准、评价指标、评价标准和程序等,构建了我国疏浚物海洋倾倒的评价程序。该评价程序加快了我国海洋倾废管理的国际化进程,填补了我国疏浚物海洋倾倒评价程序规范化、程序化、标准化的空白。
Based on the marine sediment quality standards of our country and the successful experiences of other countries in establishing the management and control standards for ocean disposal of dredged materials, based on the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of marine sediment pollution in our country, by establishing the marine dumping classification standards, evaluation indexes and evaluation standards of dredged materials, And procedures, to build China’s dredged ocean dumping evaluation program. The evaluation procedure accelerated the internationalization of ocean dumping management in our country and filled in the blank of standardized, procedural and standardization of ocean dumping evaluation program of dredged materials in China.
