本文通过对建构主义概念进行详细的阐述,说明建构主义在本体论、认识论、方法论上的创新;提出“观念”、“认同”、“规范”是建构主义的核心概念。文中运用这三个词汇重塑了国家利益概念,使国家利益这个国际关系中的核心概念得到新的内涵,从而使国家行为体对国际法的构建与遵守成为内化的一种信念,并在此基础使国际法的地位得到进一步的提升。
In this paper, the concept of constructivism is elaborated to illustrate the innovation of constructivism in ontology, epistemology and methodology. It is the core concept of constructivism that proposing “concept”, “identity” and “standard”. The article uses these three terms to reshape the notion of national interest and to bring new meaning to the core concept of national interest in this international relations so as to make national actors’ belief in the construction and observance of international law internalized. The foundations have further enhanced the status of international law.
