我厂从1953年就开始推行月度生产作业計划,对組織有节奏地生产起到了指导作用。但月度生产作业計划的内容只包括产量、质量等一部分指标,其它成本、劳动、供销、运输等計划都是分散下达。有时互不衔接,影响集中统一管理。1963年7月份起,我们根据中央关于改进工业企业管理工作的指示和全国工业交通企业經济工作座谈会的精神,結合其它兄弟厂的先进經驗,由实行单一的月度生产作业計
Our factory began to implement monthly production operation plans from 1953, which played a guiding role in the rhythmic production of the organization. However, the contents of the monthly production operation plan only include some indicators such as output and quality, and other costs, labor, supply and marketing, and transportation plans are distributed. Sometimes they do not converge, affecting centralized management. Since July 1963, we have implemented a single monthly production operation in accordance with the Central Government’s instructions on improving the management of industrial enterprises and the spirit of the national industrial transport enterprise economic work seminar, combined with the advanced experience of other sister factories.
