目的探讨动态正交三平面法在产前诊断胎儿完全型大动脉转位(CTGA)中的价值。方法应用动态正交三平面法回顾性分析7例已经明确诊断为CTGA的STIC容积数据,并与其常规胎儿超声心动图表现相比较。结果 7例CTGA胎儿均获得满意的心脏容积数据。经动态正交三平面模式分析均发现心室与大动脉连接不一致,主动脉起源于右心室,肺动脉起源于左心室。其图像质量与直接采集的二维图像对比无明显差异。结论动态正交三平面法可为产前诊断胎儿CTGA提供有价值的信息。
Objective To investigate the value of dynamic orthogonal tri-planar method in prenatal diagnosis of fetal intact aortic transposition (CTGA). Methods TAC volume data of 7 cases diagnosed as CTGA were retrospectively analyzed by dynamic orthogonal triplane method and compared with their conventional fetal echocardiographic findings. Results 7 cases of CTGA fetus were satisfactory heart volume data. The results of dynamic orthogonal three-plane model showed that the connection between ventricle and aorta was inconsistent. The aorta originated in the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery originated in the left ventricle. The image quality and direct acquisition of two-dimensional images no significant difference. Conclusion The dynamic orthogonal triplane method can provide valuable information for prenatal diagnosis of fetal CTGA.
