分别在450℃和650℃条件下对新疆柯尔碱膨润土进行了焙烧,并对焙烧前后膨润土进行了X射线衍射分析、阳离子交换容量测试、Zeta电位测试、红外光谱分析。结果表明:蒙脱石在450℃焙烧后已全部脱去层间吸附水,层状结构完整,此时阳离子交换容量变化不大,但电动电位有较显著降低;650℃焙烧后,蒙脱石脱去八面体中的羟基,层状结构仍然保持,物化性能上,阳离子交换容量显著降低,电动电位与450℃相比变化不大。
The bentonites from Keer base in Xinjiang were calcined at 450 ℃ and 650 ℃ respectively. The bentonites before and after roasting were characterized by X-ray diffraction, cation exchange capacity, Zeta potential and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that montmorillonite has completely delaminated adsorbed water after calcination at 450 ℃, and the layered structure is intact. At this time, the cation exchange capacity does not change much, but the electromotive potential decreases obviously. After calcination at 650 ℃, Take off octahedron in the hydroxyl group, the lamellar structure is still maintained, physical and chemical properties, cation exchange capacity was significantly reduced, electric potential and 450 ℃ compared to little change.
