以连续分布质量的轧机万向接轴为研究对象,考虑了万向接轴的倾角、自重、质量偏心以及阻尼的影响,从动力学角度建立了万向接轴的弯扭耦合振动方程,并对实测的数据给出了理论解释.从所得到的微分方程可以看出:当轴系存在不平衡时,扭转振动与弯曲振动之间存在着很明显的相互耦合关系;当轴系没有不平衡时,扭转振动会对弯曲振动产生影响,而弯曲振动对扭转振动没有影响.
Taking the continuous universal mill shaft as the research object, considering the influence of the angle, weight, mass eccentricity and damping of the universal joint, the torsional-torsional coupling vibration equation of the universal joint was established from the dynamic point of view A theoretical explanation is given for the measured data.From the differential equations obtained, it can be seen that there is a significant mutual coupling relationship between torsional vibration and bending vibration when there is imbalance in the shaft system. When the shaft system is unbalanced , The torsional vibration will affect the flexural vibration, while the flexural vibration has no effect on the torsional vibration.
