以板料成形极限图为基础,对冲压板料可成形性进行研究。利用正交试验、有限元数值模拟及BP神经网络,划分了冲压板料可成形性区域图,清晰直观地通过起皱区域、安全区域和破裂区域反映出成形质量。针对某汽车后端板加强件,选择其冲压板料可成形性区域图中不同点对应的工艺参数进行冲压试验,试验结果与可成形性区域图反映结果吻合。实例表明,此方法简单方便,可为快速、有效的冲压工艺参数调整提供参考。
Based on the sheet forming limit diagram, the formability of the sheet metal was studied. Using orthogonality test, finite element numerical simulation and BP neural network, the area chart of the formability of the stamping sheet is divided, and the forming quality is clearly reflected through the creasing area, the safe area and the rupture area. For a car rear-end plate stiffener, select the stamping sheet formability of the regional map corresponding to the different process parameters for stamping test, the test results and the formability of the regional map reflects the agreement. The example shows that this method is simple and convenient and can provide a reference for the rapid and effective adjustment of the stamping process parameters.
