目的研究适合武汉居民住宅的毒饵灭鼠方法,查找市民使用稻谷毒饵灭鼠效果不好的原因。方法实验人员进入分散的居民住宅用溴敌隆稻谷毒饵灭鼠,并对居民进行面对面灭鼠宣传,记录家栖鼠侵害地点等信息。试验进行8周,每周查看处理一次,试验结束前评估灭效。同时进行居民自行灭鼠试验,向居民赠送溴敌隆稻谷毒饵,不给居民技术指导。6~8周对灭鼠效果进行评估,记录存在的问题。结果试验人员入户灭鼠试验共测试67户住宅,家栖鼠主要侵害厨房、阳台、暗楼等部位。8周灭鼠有效、部分有效及无效住宅分别占71.6%、22.4%及6.0%。有效户和部分有效户8周平均用稻谷毒饵400 g。28户居民自行灭鼠,8周灭鼠有效、部分有效及无效住宅分别占14.3%、7.1%及78.6%,灭鼠效果低于试验人员入户灭鼠试验。导致居民自行灭鼠效果不好的主要原因是:①用药量太少;②毒饵消耗完毕未补药;③投药地点不对或太少。结论溴敌隆稻谷毒饵适合用于武汉居民住宅灭鼠,应用时需要对居民进行有针对性的技术指导。
Objective To study the poison bait method suitable for residential buildings in Wuhan and find out the reasons why the public use the rice bait to eliminate the bad effect. Methods The experimenters entered the scattered residential houses with rodenticides of bromadiolone rice bait, and carried out face-to-face deratting propaganda to the residents and recorded the information of domestic animals infestation sites. The test was conducted for 8 weeks, once a week for treatment, and for evaluation before the end of the test. At the same time, residents conduct their own rodent control experiment, to give residents Bromine-enriched rice bait, do not give residents technical guidance. 6 to 8 weeks to assess the rodent control effect, record the existing problems. Results The experimenter had a total of 67 households at home. The domestic rats mainly infested the kitchen, balconies and dark buildings. 8 weeks rodent effective, part of the effective and invalid housing accounted for 71.6%, 22.4% and 6.0%. Effective households and some effective households 8 weeks average use of rice bait 400 g. 28 households rodent their own rodents, 8 weeks rodent control effective, part of the effective and invalid housing accounted for 14.3%, 7.1% and 78.6% respectively, rodent control effect is lower than the experimenter home rodent control test. Residents lead to their own rodent control is not good for the main reasons are: ① too little dosage; ② poison bait consumption is not completed; ③ place of administration wrong or too little. Conclusion The bromadiolone rice bait is suitable for rodent control in residential buildings in Wuhan. When it is applied, it requires targeted technical guidance to residents.
