通过分析近年来国内外沉管隧道工程的发展现状,以在建的港珠澳大桥海底沉管隧道为研究对象,对整体式管节与节段式管节开展了管节结构内力、管节及节段接头的受力与变形特性的计算分析,结果表明相比于整体式管节,节段式管节的结构内力降低显著,且管节接头的张开量有所减小,而管节接头的竖向剪力键受力基本相当,局部荷载段的节段接头剪力则较大。综合分析后,认为港珠澳大桥沉管隧道采用180m长的节段式管节结构形式是可接受的,研究结论可为其他同类工程提供参考。
By analyzing the current development of immersed tunnel engineering in China and abroad in recent years, taking the submarine immersed tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge under construction as the research object, the internal forces of the joint structure of the tubular section and the segmented section are studied. The results show that compared with the monolithic tubular segments, the internal forces of the segmented tubular segments are significantly reduced, and the joint opening of the tubular segments is reduced, while the joint of the tubular segments Of the vertical shear force is equivalent to the basic, partial load section of the joint shear is larger. After a comprehensive analysis, it is accepted that the 180m-long segment pipe joint structure of immersed tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is acceptable. The conclusion of the study can provide reference for other similar projects.
