用免疫组织化学法对急性吗啡染毒大鼠脑内吗啡的分布进行研究。结果表明,吗啡存在于人脑的前连合、外侧嗅束、海马伞、胼胀体、扣带、穹隆;间脑的丘脑终纹、丘脑网状核、乳头丘脑束;脑干的脑桥横纤维、锥体束、脚间核;小脑髓质和脊髓白质中。注射吗啡10分钟后即可在脑少数部位出现吗啡。本研究为吗啡研究提供了形态学基础,并为吗啡染毒者的诊断提供了一个新的依据。
The distribution of morphine in the brain of acute morphine rats was studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that morphine existed in the anterior commissure, lateral olfactory tract, lateral hippocampal of the hippocampus, the corpus of the hippocampus, the cingulate bulbar, the dome of the thalamus, the thalamic reticular nucleus of the diencephalon, Fibers, pyramidal tract, intercostal nucleus; medulla and cerebrospinal white matter. Morphine can be found in a few parts of the brain after 10 minutes of injection of morphine. This study provides a morphological basis for morphine research and provides a new basis for the diagnosis of morphine users.
