Tourism planning is a necessary preliminary to tourism development.Planning should occur before tourism development.Yet commercial involvement in tourism planning is liable to lead planning into a wrong path.A serious study of this issue should be made, and countermeasures should be laid down in order that tourism planning will play an appropriate guiding role in the development of the tourism industry
