目的:观察缬草环烯醚萜酯的抗肿瘤作用。方法:在体试验选用S180或EAC瘤源,以100~150mg.kg-1剂量灌胃给药,13d后,行WBC、DBC、T-淋巴细胞转化率以及红细胞花结形成检测,记录实验鼠毛发、体质量、行动、腹水变化及死亡情况,剥离瘤块、计算抑瘤率,HE染色行病理组织学检查。结果:动物移植性肿瘤实验表明缬草环烯醚萜酯对S180试验的抑瘤率在58%~68%之间,能显著延长艾氏腹水癌(EAC)小鼠的生存时间,延长率在62%~66%之间;并能增加机体红细胞花结的形成(P<0.01);病理组织学观察表明缬草环烯醚萜酯组瘤块中央广泛片状坏死,周围有大量的淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润。结论:缬草环烯醚萜酯有显著的抗肿瘤作用,同时还能增强机体的免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the anti-tumor effects of iridoids of Valerian iridoids. Methods: The S180 or EAC tumor sources were selected in vivo and administered intragastrically at dose of 100-150 mg.kg-1. After 13 days, WBC, DBC, T-lymphocyte transformation rate and erythrocyte rosetting formation were detected. Hair, body weight, action, changes in ascites and death, peel tumor blocks, calculated tumor inhibition rate, HE staining histopathological examination. Results: The experiment of transplanted tumor in animals showed that the inhibitory rate of Valerian iridoids on S180 was between 58% and 68%, which could prolong the survival time of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) mice significantly 62% ~ 66%; and can increase the body formation of erythrocyte rosettes (P <0.01); histopathological observation showed valerian iridoid ester group extensive extensive central tumor necrosis, surrounded by a large number of lymphocytes , Macrophage infiltration. CONCLUSION: Valerian iridoids have significant anti-tumor effects, while enhancing the body’s immune function.
