一、建立网络,健全教研考评制度。 我乡有17所村完小,116个教学班,121名语文教师,3662名学生。为了有组织、有计划、有目标地抓好小语教研工作,便于开展教研活动,结合本乡的实际,划成三个大片(不含乡中心小学),建立了乡、片、校三级教研网络,健全教研组机构与考评制度。乡教办与学校选拔年富力强、有事业心、业务熟悉、教学能力较强的同志担任各级教研组长。乡小语中心教研组还专门配备一人抓教研工作,做到教研层层有人抓、校校有人管。
