1993年12月9日我院学生80人在食堂食用海巴鱼,致急性中毒32例,报告如下.1 临床资料 32例患者食后20分钟~48小时相继出现临床中毒症状,表现为全身皮肤潮红、胸闷、气短、头痛、头晕、喉部窒息感、心慌、视物模糊、腰背酸痛,有轻微恶心,但未曾出现呕吐及腹泻.查体:体温均正常,脉搏108~120次/分,呼吸急促,血压均较基础血压下降l.33kPa,心率108~120次/分,心律规整,无杂音,肺部呼吸音粗糙,未闻及干湿性罗音,腹部未见阳性体征.实验室检查:血、尿常规未见异常,查肝、肾功能均在正常范围.立即送鱼样到省防疫站检验,化验结果为海巴鱼中所含组织胺中毒,生鱼68.8mg/g,熟鱼56.7mg/g.

Room examination: blood, urine routine no abnormalities, check the liver, kidney function are in the normal range.To send fish samples to the provincial epidemic prevention station test, test results for histamine poisoning contained in sea-bait fish, raw fish 68.8mg / g , Cooked fish 56.7mg / g.
