目的:应用医疗机构卫生监督综合评价方法,对滨湖区内医疗机构进行量化分级,发现存在问题和不足,提出改进措施,推动医疗机构规范化、标准化建设。方法:对辖区内130家医疗机构进行调研,按照量化分级管理评定表进行调查计分。根据得分将医疗机构信誉度分为A、B、C、D四个等级。结果:量化评分达B级的占87.7%,达C级的占12.3%。其中标识标牌、执业注册、传染病报告和培训、消毒隔离、医疗废物储存与处置、着装要求6个方面扣分率较高,是影响量化等级的主要项目。结论:大部分医疗机构处在“规范”的等级,12.3%的医疗机构仅达到“合格”要求。对C级单位应进一步强化监督措施,增加监督检查频率。量化分级管理应实行动态管理原则和信息公开制度,以促进医疗机构加强自身管理,提高医疗服务质量。
OBJECTIVE: To apply the comprehensive evaluation method of health supervision in medical institutions to quantify and classify the medical institutions in Binhu District, to find out the problems and shortcomings and to propose the improvement measures to promote the standardization and standardization of medical institutions. Methods: 130 medical institutions in the area for research, according to the quantitative management rating scale to conduct scoring. Results: The quantitative score of B grade accounted for 87.7%, up to C grade accounted for 12.3%. One of the major items affecting the quantification level is the higher deduction rate of signage, practice registration, reporting and training of infectious diseases, disinfection and isolation, medical waste storage and disposal, and dress code. Conclusion: Most of the medical institutions are at the “standard” level, and 12.3% of the medical institutions only meet the “qualified” requirements. C-level units should be further strengthened supervision measures to increase the frequency of supervision and inspection. Quantitative and hierarchical management should implement the dynamic management principles and information disclosure system to promote the medical institutions to strengthen their own management and improve the quality of medical services.
