采用内蒙古2012年1月-2015年11月专利申请数量和财政科技支出的月度数据,消除价格影响,先进行简单描述直观性分析,之后利用季节调整获得数据的长期趋势,建立时间序列模型以及短期变动的误差修正模型,对内蒙古专利申请和财政科技支出关系进行研究。结果表明:内蒙古财政科技支出对专利申请数量存在长期均衡关系,且长期弹性为1.23%;财政科技支出对专利申请存在短期波动,且每当偏离长期均衡时调整系数为0.016。最后根据文章分析,提出促进专利申请的建议和对策。
Using the monthly data of the number of patent applications and financial and scientific expenditures in Inner Mongolia from January 2012 to November 2015, we eliminate the price impact by first providing a brief description of the visual analysis, then using the seasonal adjustment to obtain the long-term trend of the data, establishing the time series model and short-term Change the error correction model, research on the relationship between patent applications and financial science and technology expenditure in Inner Mongolia. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between fiscal expenditures and the number of patent applications in Inner Mongolia, with a long-term elasticity of 1.23%. Fiscal expenditure on science and technology has a short-term fluctuation in the number of patent applications, and the adjustment coefficient is 0.016 whenever deviations from long-run equilibrium. Finally, according to the article analysis, put forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote patent application.
