李××男75岁退休工人住院号203705。右眼失明2小时,于1987年1月30日入院。入院前3小时,无何诱因右眼突然失明,约5分钟,服复方硝酸甘油1片。服药5分钟后,右眼开始见物。1小时后,吸烟以后5分钟,右眼失明,到我院急诊。有高血压动脉硬化史10年,嗜烟酒。全身检查:血压200/100mmHg,脉率85次/分,心肺听诊无特殊。眼部检查:右眼视力光感,光定位准。左眼视力0.7,不能矫正。双眼外眼检查正常。双眼晶体轻度
