摘要目的评价MR弹性成像(MRE)测量肝硬度(HS)对实施肝切除术(HR)的肝细胞肝癌(HCC)病人的预后价值。方法选取了144例首先实施肝切除术的巴塞罗那临床肝癌分期A期的HCC病人,于2010年1月—2013年6月实施了术前肝MRE。用MRE测量肝硬度值。受试者操作特征(ROC)和多变量逻辑回归分析用来确定肝切除术后预测肝功能衰竭(PHLF)的重要因素。应用Kaplan-Meier方法及Cox比例风险回归模型评价预后因素并分析总生存率(OS)。结果
Abstract Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of MR elastography (MRE) in the measurement of liver cirrhosis (HS) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) undergoing hepatectomy (HR). Methods A total of 144 HCC patients undergoing primary hepatectomy in clinical stage of Staging HCC in Barcelona were enrolled. Preoperative liver MRE was performed from January 2010 to June 2013. Measurement of liver hardness with MRE. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and multivariable logistic regression analysis were used to determine the important factors for predicting liver failure (PHLF) after hepatectomy. The Kaplan-Meier method and Cox proportional hazards regression model were used to evaluate the prognostic factors and analyze the overall survival (OS). result
