以往人们一直认为摩擦副表面的粗糙度越小越好,近来研究表明,由于表面粗糙度很小,很容易将两表面的润滑油膜挤压出去,而造成油膜层瞬间中断,加快摩擦表面的磨损。因此把发动机的缸孔预制成有贮油穴或贮油槽的表面,其性能优于常规缸孔的发动机。本文介绍了贮油穴和崆油槽的作用;叙述了预制贮油穴表面的振动切削法和预制贮油槽表面的平台珩磨加工方法;提出了综合分析评价贮油穴和贮油槽表面的各项参数及其合理选择范围。
