目的:分析我院2207张手写中药处方存在的问题,并进行分析,以提高手写处方的质量。方法:随机抽取我院2014年2207张手写中药处方,组成专业评定小组,按照《处方管理办法》中的条例对处方进行审核,统计分析存在问题的处方。结果:共评定出425张问题处方,占总处方的19.3%,其中228张处方为不合理处方,共240项不合理,占总处方的10.3%,231张为不规范处方,共247项不规范,占总处方的10.5%,有34张同时具有不合理与不规范。结论:我院手写中药处方还存在诸多问题,需进一步提高改进。
Objective: To analyze the existing problems of 2207 handwritten Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital and analyze them to improve the quality of handwritten prescriptions. Methods: We randomly selected 2207 handwritten Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital in 2014 to form a professional assessment team, reviewed the prescriptions according to the regulations in the “prescription management approach”, and statistically analyzed the prescriptions for existing problems. Results: A total of 425 prescriptions were identified, accounting for 19.3% of the total prescriptions, of which 228 prescriptions were unreasonable, a total of 240 were unreasonable, accounting for 10.3% of the total prescriptions, 231 were non-standard prescriptions, a total of 247 not Norms, accounting for 10.5% of the total prescription, there are 34 at the same time unreasonable and irregular. Conclusion: There are still many problems in the prescription of handwritten Chinese medicine in our hospital, which needs further improvement and improvement.
