目的分析欧洲高血压协会(ESH)所推荐的血压仪评价标准的建立原则及样本量的合理性。方法采用统计假设检验及随机模拟的方法,对ESH标准的合理性及科学性展开验证、探讨。结果与之前美国医疗仪器促进协会(AAMI)所提出的AAMI标准以及英国高血压协会(BHS)所提出的BHS标准相比,ESH标准在评价的准确性及样本量方面有了显著的改善。结论ESH标准有着更大的实际应用价值以及更广阔的发展空间。
Objective To analyze the establishment principle and sample size of blood pressure monitor recommended by European Society of Hypertension (ESH). Methods The methods of statistical hypothesis testing and stochastic simulation were used to verify and discuss the rationality and scientificity of ESH standard. Results Compared to the AAMI standard previously proposed by AAMI and the BHS standard proposed by the British Hypertension Society (BHS), the ESH standard has shown a significant improvement in the accuracy and sample size of the evaluation. Conclusion ESH standard has a greater practical value and broader space for development.
