一、概述在半导体光电化学研究中,不同波长的光有不同的光强,因而通常所测某一波长下的光电流,除了与被测电极体系的性质有关外,还包含着两种其它因素的影响,即波长和光强。为了研究单色光波长对光电流的影响,必须扣除光强因素以获得归一化的光电流,因此需要确定所用光源的光强—波长校正曲线。在求算表观量子效率时也需要相应波长下的光强数据。
I. Overview In semiconductor photochemical studies, different wavelengths of light have different light intensity, so usually measured at a wavelength of photocurrent, in addition to the nature of the electrode system is measured, but also contains two other factors The effects of wavelength and light intensity. In order to study the influence of monochromatic light wavelength on photocurrent, it is necessary to subtract the light intensity factor to obtain the normalized photocurrent.
