麦秸是农业下脚料数量最大的一种,含有丰富的纤维素和木质素.为开发利用这一资源,笔者自1991年开始进行麦秸袋栽平菇配方试验,获得了良好效果.(一)试验材料菌种为自育的昌平1号.母种为PDA培养基.原种、栽培种均为棉子皮,菌龄25天.栽培袋为30×50cm的聚乙烯袋.选用无霉变的当年麦秸.(二)试验配方(%) ①麦秸80,棉子皮20.②麦秸65,菜园土35.③麦秸85,米糠15.④麦秸50,棉子皮15,菜园土25,米糠10.⑤麦秸100(对照组).各配方另加石灰3,草木灰4,尿素0.5,糖0.5.
