应用Pro/E软件建立少林客车车架的三维模型,通过Ansys的专用接口导入Ansys软件中以生成有限元分析模型,并对车架进行模态分析和瞬态响应分析,求得车架的前7阶模态.在此基础上对结构进行改进,改进后的一阶固有频率为32.271 Hz,介于非簧载质量的固有频率和怠速运转频率之间.假设汽车前轮突然受到路面一冲击载荷F0=200 kN,持续时间td=1 s的作用,对改进后的车架结构进行瞬态响应分析,得到位移响应的最大值为0.125 mm.
The three-dimensional model of Shaolin bus frame is established by Pro / E software and imported into Ansys software through the special interface of Ansys to generate the finite element analysis model. The modal analysis and transient response analysis of the frame are carried out to obtain the front 7th order modal.On the basis of this, the structure is improved, the improved first natural frequency is 32.271 Hz, which lies between the natural frequency of unsprung mass and the idling frequency.It is assumed that the front wheel of the car suddenly receives a road surface impact Load F0 = 200 kN and duration td = 1 s, the transient response analysis of the improved frame structure shows that the maximum displacement response is 0.125 mm.
