C_(57)BL/6小鼠经小剂量X射线(1.25mGy/min)全身照射6分钟,24小时后取其脾细胞及未受照射鼠脾细胞分别与Lewis肺癌细胞(LLC)按比例混合注入两组C_(57)BL/6小鼠足掌,定期测量足掌肿瘤生长时发现:混有受照鼠脾细胞的LLC生长及自发肺转移明显低于混合未受照鼠脾细胞的对照组(P<0.05)。体外实验发现,受照鼠脾细胞经ConA刺激后转化能力明显提高,且NK细胞活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),提示低剂量X线照射使小鼠T细胞功能,NK细胞功能增强来抑制肿瘤生长和转移。
