目的观察比较光固化流动树脂与光固化窝沟封闭剂在对儿童第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭的效果。方法随机选择2010年10月至2012年2月来固始县公疗医院进行第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的6-8岁儿童116例,用自身双侧对照的方法对光固化流动树脂与光固化窝沟封闭剂应用于儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的效果进行对比观察。比较两组在6个月、1年、2年窝沟封闭的成功率。结果在6个月、1年、2年复查,光固化流动树脂组成功率分别为91.67%,88.68%,85.29%;光固化窝沟封闭剂组成功率分别为83.33%,79.25%,66.67%。两组在6个月,1年的成功率无显著性差异,2年的成功率有显著性差异。结论光固化流动树脂作为窝沟封闭材料临床效果优于光固化窝沟封闭剂。
Objective To observe and compare the effect of light-cured flow resin and light-cured pit and fissure sealant on the pit and fissure sealant of children’s first permanent molars. Methods One hundred and sixty-six children aged 6-8 years with first permanent molars and fissure sealants closed at Gushi County Public Hospital from October 2010 to February 2012 were randomly selected and treated with light-cured fluid resin and light The effect of curing pit and fissure sealant on the first molars pit and fissure sealant in children was compared. The success rate of pit and fissure occlusion at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years was compared between the two groups. Results At 6 months, 1 year and 2 years, the photocuring resin composition powers were 91.67%, 88.68% and 85.29%, respectively. The optical power of pit and fissure sealant was 83.33%, 79.25% and 66.67% respectively. Two groups in 6 months, 1 year success rate was no significant difference in the success rate of 2 years were significantly different. Conclusion The light-cured flowable resin as a pit and fissure sealant is superior to the light-cured pit and fissure sealant in clinical application.
