目的对来自患儿的肺炎链球菌进行分型,为肺炎链球菌疫苗的正确选择提供科学依据。方法收集2014年来自河北省儿童医院的182株肺炎链球菌,普通PCR对肺炎链球菌进行种属鉴定,应用多重PCR方法对菌株进行菌型分析。结果经PCR检测182株菌的cpsA基因扩增均为阳性;经多重PCR检测,除8株未分型菌株外,其余174株肺炎链球菌中,以19F、19A和6A/6B型数量最多,分别为68株(37.36%)、33株(18.13%)和26株(14.28%),其余型别有35B型、14型、6C/6D型、23F型、15B/15C型等。结论 182株肺炎链球菌的菌型主要为19F、19A和6A/6B,为该省肺炎链球菌疫苗的正确选择和制订使用策略提供了科学依据。
Objective To classify S. pneumoniae from children and provide a scientific basis for the correct choice of pneumococcal vaccine. Methods A total of 182 Streptococcus pneumoniae strains were collected from Children’s Hospital of Hebei Province in 2014. The genotypes of Streptococcus pneumoniae were detected by ordinary PCR. The bacterial strains were analyzed by multiplex PCR. Results The amplification of cpsA gene of 182 strains of bacteria was positive by PCR. The number of 19F, 19A and 6A / 6B was the highest in 174 S. pneumoniae strains detected by multiplex PCR, They were 68 strains (37.36%), 33 strains (18.13%) and 26 strains (14.28%) respectively. The others were 35B type, 14 type, 6C / 6D type, 23F type and 15B / 15C type. Conclusion The main strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae of 19 strains were 19F, 19A and 6A / 6B, which provided a scientific basis for the correct selection of pneumococcal vaccine in this province.
